Some background on this weekend’s event:

The SLS Nike SB Pro Open kicks off the weekend of May 16-17 in Barcelona, Spain as the first-ever independent international event on the SLS calendar. As an International Skateboard Federation (ISF) world qualifier contest, 30 Pros from every region of the globe will battle for just two new spots on the SLS Nike SB World Tour roster along side SLS Pros. The winner of the SLS Nike SB Pro Open will also walk away with a Golden Ticket straight to the SLS Nike SB Super Crown World Championship, the official World Championship in street skateboarding as recognized by the ISF.
